Theater Of Salvation

Edguy... I don't get the name. It turned me off at first but once I heard the first song on this cd, I got over that pretty quickly. This band might do the early Helloween sound even better than Helloween. With very tight harmonized guitar parts, galloping bass lines, an almost constant thunder of double kick drum parts and the singer riding wave after wave of flowing vocal melodies, over the top of it all, Edguy has really proven themselves to be one of the premiere talents of the genre. No matter what you call it: euro-metal, power metal, melodic speed metal or anything else, these guys can do it with the best of them, so if you like that sort of thing, get this cd. --Scott
