Jeff Scott Soto's 3rd effort from American hard rock outfit. This is probably my favorite record with his vocals. He's on fire in his upper range, but the quality of songs like 'Love Is Gone', 'Time Waits 4 No One' & 'Don't Wanna Be Alone' are the attraction on this one. johnk5150
