Leatherwolf wasn't even close to being your typical 80s hairband. Their themes shied away from anthems of sex, drugs & rock and roll. Oliveri & company told stories of isolation, desperation and power. All rolled into a triple guitar attack with arena backing vocals that sounded like an army of voices. Still catchy wile being unique, this is the best sounding of the two Leatherwolf major label releases. --johnk5150
