Alive in a Mad World
Perhaps the only EP-length CD I put on a must buy status. Amir Derahk (formerly of Rough Cutt) rocks. Highlight and main reason for purchasing would be 'Please Come Back.' Definitely more melodic than Rough Cutt. More Van Halen-ish in comparison. The cover of Thin Lizzy's Jailbreak is classic & Land of Today was a pleasant find, also. Not enough songs to get a true gauge of Derahk's fretwork, though.
