ISSUE 33
Welcome to the first issue of the summer! What summer? Exactly, haha! Well, today has been a nice day so maybe that was it!

By the time you read this, the Valentine Firefest DVD will out, and the FM DVD not far behind. These have took far longer to release than first expected - who knew bands could be so pedantic. Hmmm, well, actually ... But never mind, as long as the final product is well worth waiting for, that's all that matters - and these are. The Valentine DVDs have been selling well ... almost half already gone, and these won't be getting repressed or re-released as a single DVD. Once they're gone, they're gone - so check out the advert elsewhere this issue. With the bonus Open Skyz concert, a sure-fire winner. Also the perfect Christmas gift for your melodic rock loving friends. The Harem Scarem Special Edition DVDs are now almost totally gone .. about 50 PAL copies left if you want to get your hands on them.

We’ve been looking at some ideas with the magazine, some changes that will likely come into place for the October issue. Nothing has been 100% decided yet, and cover price will definitely not be changing, but if it all works out then hopefully it will be ‘a change for the better’.

Last issue's competition was to win one of six Brother Firetribe long-sleeved tops. As only 4 people entered, then Alan Bowers, Mark Carrington, Steven Hodgkinson and Mike Jackson all get a lovely t-shirt. Hope they fit!!

Tickets for Firefest still going strong ... well over 50% sold directly. If you're still thinking of coming, keep checking www.thefirefest.com for details.

See you all next issue!
